If you don’t over think it it’s Walz. Look at how effective he’s already been as a messenger and surrogate to the campaign!

Corporations want Shapiro. The people want Walz.

I think the reality is that Shapiro would do more damage than help. Walz is actually the safer bet and is more popular among the general electorate

Imagine a VP candidate who is an authentic rural politician, a popular governor who consistently wins split-ticket Republicans. Now imagine that same governor is a darling of the left, with an impeccable record on LGBTQ rights and abortion. THEN imagine this same guy is one of the most effective communicators in the party, who made an off-hand remark that changed the whole party's messaging!! Well, good news, he's real, it's Tim Walz and I sure hope she picks him!!

I think Walz is a better fit for rounding out the ticket.

The pundits tend to be wrong about just about everything. They're the same people telling us Biden wouldn't be replaced as the nominee. Walz has one of the most unique backgrounds I've seen of any politician and he comes off as one of the most authentic people I've ever seen in politics. He should be the no brainer choice if they think about balancing Harris and appealing to working class voters instead of to the Beltway establishment and their nonsense like a VP is going to deliver a particular state for a ticket.

If you are listening to young voters, progressives, Arab Americans, Muslim Americans, South Asians with a conscience, anyone with a smidge of decency, it will not be Shapiro. You might win PA but you could lose MI and possiby any shot at swinging more states blue. You can win PA with Walz. Shapiro comes with too many issues.

I would love Gov. Walz to be the next VP.

The gut decision is Walz! However, if you overthink it, you veer in other directions……

Walz! He talks like regular people and not academically over their heads.

The media are the last I trust on this. They've been wrong so often, intentional or not.

Walz is the guy. Set up Walz in Wisconsin and Michigan -- he'll make a huge difference.

Tim Walz would be my pick by far. Tim Walz has the most energy to transfer to the young. Tim Walz as the most creative manner and effective communication..

If you're future-thinking, Tim Walz makes the most sense. The younger population is larger, more diverse, and more Progressive. He appeals to older blue and white-collar workers as well as younger or more Progressive voters.

If she picks Shapiro, I will still vote for her, but I won’t be excited anymore. It will tell me she’s fine coddling genocide if it brings her more power. Not great.

Walz is the safest and best bet by far, imo. Really hoping it's him!

I have a personal affection for Pete, but I understand the broader conversation is winning, and Gov Tim Walz is great for all time zones and a sharp wit!
