All purpose flour-2 cups (260g)
Baking powder-1&1/2 teaspoon (6g)
salt-1/4 teaspoon

Egg-4 ( At room temperature)
Butter-200g ( At room temperature)
Caster Sugar/ Powdered sugar-1&1/2 cup (200 g)
Milk-1/4 cup (60ml)
lemon zest -1&1/2 teaspoon

Lemon drizzle:
Lemon juice- juice of 1&1/2 lemon ( you can reduce it in to 1 lemon if you want a mild taste)
granulated sugar-150g (3/4 cups)
