I youtubed 'sliding down ramp physics" and this was the first thing that showed up

I thought your supposed to do F*d*cos(theta)times coefficient of friction. Can you help explain why? Or is it either or. As in either that or mgsin(theta) bc I thought force of friction is N(mue)?

EDIT: but since friction is 180° it would just be -F(d)(mue)
