I decided a couple of years ago that I would cook to honor a different ethnicity every Thanksgiving. Started with Mexican, then honored my own ethnicity with Egyptian last year. This year I received a Blackstone for Father's Day and have decided do a hibachi dinner

Great side dish, but what would you make for the main event to go with them? As always, it's a balance on the griddle and how to best use the space you have to work with.

I do my brussels sprouts the same way except I do a teriyaki, soy and sesame seeds.

New sub, and got damn it, KEEP THE MOVIE QUOTES! it's the absolute best. Although, I have yet to see a quote from the greatest movie to ever be blessed on celluloid... Point Break.

CJ, you’re a hoot. I throughly watching you cook whatever. I can always adjust to my taste. Keep ringing the bell and keep coming up with new cooking ideas. My wife loves lemon shrimp with noodles spices up a little, try that in your way.
