I have watched the movie Titanic 25 times. In the movie, the ship always sinks. I doubt the outcome will be different watching it for the 26th time.
However, after watching the movie a few times, I decided to take swimming lessons.
Most things that affect our Planet's Climate are well beyond our ability to control.
We cannot postpone or reschedule Volcanic eruptions.
We cannot reduce or increase our sun's output.
We have no control over the shape of our planet's orbit around the sun.

We can however, adapt to Climate Change. Part of taking swimming lessons is learning when to stay out of the water.
