That, is hands down, one of the coolest projects I've ever seen. It's great to see the versatility of 3d printing

3D printers are a great way to turn ideas into a realty. Fun video.

So that rubber material is UV Cured. You could get one of those gel nail uv devices that they use in Nail Salons and use it as the basis for a UV Cure Box. The nail thing has different timer settings for the UV light to cure the gel nails.

Hi just want to say you and Evil Ted have totally inspired me to get into creating physical models, I have been a 3d artist for about 20 years but have never created any real world assets . But this year due to now being a freelance artist I ended up having 2 of my pieces made into real world models, and I though, well, what if I did this stuff too, so I went looking for tut's and came across you guys and Evil Ted . Well, wow, awesome, and very very inspiring . Hopeing to have the printer this month and have some stuff to show in the new year .

...also I believe the resin continues to cure in the UV light making prints more brittle. Sealing them with a flexible paint may stop or slow the curing of the Form2 prints. I use a fingernail lamp housing to UV cure my prints quickly. Average cure time is @ an hour. Thx again!

I enjoyed the departure. In actual fact, I would label it as on message, an completely awesome.

While I don't own a 3D printer I enjoy learning new things about the technology.
I think it's pretty neat you can 3D print with rubber. I wonder if printing Tracks like in a tank would work very well.

Recently got a M3D micro with the tough INK flexible material and actually printed out a tamiya M chassis tire though I made the mistake of allowing it to be semi hollow between walls so the inner wall got torn out when I pulled the support material out but the tires are really flexible and maybe just a little less grippy.
Though from my experience the m3d tough ink if printed solid and figuring proper tire thickness it might make a really good alternative I just gotta find a alternative slicer with custom support setup to make it easier to print an clean up!

It will be interesting to see what ninja flex will do with your updated model as it seems very flexible and durable in the Bindi smalls video.

Awesome tires! I really want a Form 2. Ninjaflex is fun if you can get it running through extruder without bunching up. I don't think it works with bowden-style extruders. I printed some Ninjaflex stuff with thin walls and it was very squishy but a little porous. Thanks for all your videos. They're really inspiring.

Just finished reading your posts about this build. Looks amazing! Well done! Only thing I think this build needs, are some inner wheel fenders, since you also wrote you wanted to hide the electronics and make it look more realistic.

Loved the cans, rack and wheels!

I think Tilescape™ DUNGEONS 3d printable modular tile system should be demoed on one of these 3d printing channels.
The Kickstarter offers alot of bang for the buck for us 3d printing hobbyists and enthusiasts!
