Thank you so much! I have had my watch for almost a year and the time was off by about 15 seconds, so I just lived with it for a year. Until this past month where it has bothered so much, I HAD, to change it. And this helped me so much!

I've had my G force watch maybe 4 years, and I am having a whale of a time adjusting things. The videos move to quickly. Sorry, but not everyone can view, hear and adjust as quickly as the video moves. Having to back up the video is just as bad. I need to set the date and year!
