How to sync Casio 5522 (Gshock analog hands and digital display not matching)

Here is a very easy and simple way to synchronise (match the analog hands and digital display time) casio gshock 5522 or the GA-700 series.
This may happen due to a strong magnetic field, an impact or a battery change.

he doesn't make it clear that you have to set it at 12:00 both hour and minutes (analog), not to set it any where else, then hit the adjust button. And before this you should have adjusted the digital time correctly (that's in another tutorial)
