We eat oregano through all summer and fall if you have a lot let the seed on top progress and leave for next year!!! We eat in yougert and cucumber taste amazing also mint for summer

Hi again… I have just made 2 new batches of wild lettuce tincture with everclear. Wow what a difference! … so I’m wondering about my first jars …55% alcohol… how can I tell if my batches have not gone bad? Some bottles have a “sparkling bubbly” phenomenon when I shake them, which I do daily. What does that mean?

Hi. I have done some last night but I hadnt looked on here first to see how. I put whole branches (small) in a small jar and filled it with the alcohol. I didnt crush it up. Is the oregano still useable? Can I take it out, 5:38 crush them up then put them back in?
