Who needs high-end power when you have plenty of low-down torque?

Dream bike for more than 7 yrs and it proves it's timeless design. Currently owns an Interceptor.

You can get a marble patterned tile in your house and actual Italian marble. They may look similar from a distance but when you look closely you would know why the 10 times price. RE is excellent bike, a charm ! However its quality can not be matched to Triumphs

Nice review....
Eagerly waiting for Speed Twin review. This seems to be a fantastic bike. No reviews from India in recent times.

Engine performance and good tail section this bike must been a top-end🔥😂

Right side unified switch for power start and kill switch + hazard switch, analog + digital console, bassy exhaust, comfortable crusing posture and overdrive 5th gear for crusing. All this in Honda Highness for 2.36L and long stroke single cylinder 🙂 and still sounds like a twin cylinder engine.

Somehow I feel that the Street Triple R is the best among the Triumph lineup. Your comments @Strell !

Triumph is good on all aspects... I feel it's better than Harley Davidson iron 883. Triumph Street Twin can be your everyday motorcycle but it doesn't give that big bike feel. Enough power for city commute and long rides. It's not a head Turner as a big motorcycle but it's smooth and really good.

Love your Since the 250 cbr days.... 3 1 interceptor was based on the original 1960s original interceptor.... It was not copied from the Street Twin.... 2 yes the tires on this 10 lakh rupee motorcycle is not the best to justify the price.... 3 yes ground clearance is an issue especially if riding with a rear seat passenger.... It's a lovely motorcycle to ride.... And honestly no comparison to RE int 650.... Cheers 🙏

Interceptor is based on the original Royal Enfield Interceptor not the Boneville.

You may not have hates to any motorcycle but I hated the interceptor so much for it's shit ergonomics that I fought tooth and nail to get my money back after paying up to book one...and instead bought the street twin...cos land may meet the sky on the horizon but land cannot become the sky just as the interceptor can never become the Triumph Bonnie's!

Hi Strell, Can you please suggest couple of 650 cc bikes ? Short rider(5 ft 6 in) and for daily use, not a sporty rider .

Great knowledge shared in this video! Cool to get a perspective from a rider in India.

Is the low ground clearance an issue with only the 1200cc speed twin or is it the same with the 900cc as well?

if you install the seat of a 2016 street Twin (which it should fit) You would gain another inch lower.
