Now that Kohberger is on the ground in Idaho, state law there allows the court to unseal the probable cause affidavit, which will have information about what led to Kohberger’s arrest. Former U.S. marshal John Muffler, former federal prosecutor Duncan Levin, and Mike King, the creator and host of the "Profiling Evil" podcast, weigh in.

Justice for Kaylee, Madison, Xana, and Ethan!

Is it me or does it not feel like every news station is on rinse and repeat regarding this case? I’d prefer no news coverage until there is something worthwhile to report.

The media is interested because the public is interested. Anyone with empathy for this tragedy is interested. We all must wait for the process to work itself towards Justice for these families. 💚

How does banfield manage to be so unlikeable ALL the time?

NewsNation is great. It’d be better if Banfield STOPS interrupting while the guests were speaking. It’s rude and unprofessional.

From the outside looking in, I would say I'm about 90% certain he's guilty. From being pulled over for a traffic citation 1 mile from the murder place in August, to changing his license plates and VIN from Pennsylvania to Washington 5 days after the murder, (obviously PENN plates in Idaho would stand out.) Then driving 2500 miles from WSU to Pennsylvania after police publicized the search for the Hyndai White Elantra when he easily could have just flown(presumably to get the vehicle out of Idaho and on the other side of the country). Then add in the apparent DNA found inside the king road house. His behavior looks terribly suspect. But I'm willing to hear his defense.

I feel for all families involved. That includes Bryan’s family. They deserve our prayers along with the victims. It’s all just so sad. Lives have been ruined!!!

i was pulled over twice in Indiana while driving from California to Maine in May. The Indiana State Troopers are relentless in pulling over anyone with out of state plates.

I guess he was relaxing in his bed 🛏️, , probably sipping a cup of coffee and thinking 🤔"damn I got away with murder" while the drone was circling his house 🏠.

Members of the jury will see all the crime scene photos. Very, very unpleasant prospect.

How does the man sit so calmly in the driver seat after committing 4 murders?
I would have jumped out and ran in the woods at the first traffic stop!
