Sad most weren't fertilized. We've been waiting so long for this spawn! But the precious few who did get fertilized will be cherished I am sure. Can't wait to see if these and the other batch do well! Edit: So we have the Cream Orange spawn still growing, Stacy jr.'s spawn if any survived Tubby Tony, and now Jiggly Puff and Millie's spawn. Can't wait for future updates!

I think that the females might've held onto their eggs for too long and they'd gone bad because of it. I've heard from other fishtubers that there's potential for eggs to go bad if they've sat inside the female for too long, particularly with neon tetras. Don't know if that's the case, but if it is, your next spawn should be better, so take heart!

@Luke's Goldies if you spawn the goldies in a smaller container you can submerge that in to the larger one after you hand spawn them. This usually yields a high fertilization percentage, that being said it's MUCH easier to grow out smaller batches rather than a few thousand at once. Good luck with the spawn!

Congratulations on the babies! I think they will be really cute! I would just like to say that you should try looking for a veiltail goldfish, they are a type of fancy goldfish and they grow to about the size of a common goldfish. Most of the time they are chill with all the other fish, their tails are quite large and long imitating a veil as the name suggests.
