I tried many of the designer high dollar dog foods and my dogs do best on pro plan. My dog did really bad on orijen and it was super expensive

Dog food advisor seems cool at first, but is actually a pretty sketchy site. You ever notice how ilthey never ever put any citations or references into their claims? They never link any scientific studies to support what they're saying, They just....give opinions on the value of an ingredient. It was also started and run by a cosmetic dentist, NOT a board certified veterinary nutritionist. In fact it seems they don't employ any.

It might be a decent site to begin a search into a dog food, but is a pretty sketchy website overall once you dig into their unsubstantiated claims.

Taste of the wild is cheaper, and has way better ingredients than pro plan.
