I probably should have made this pinned comment ages ago since this video is nearing 100k views but oh well better late then ever i guess. Anyway there are a few minor mistakes that some people have pointed out in the comments so ill just put them all here so there's no confusion.

1. Somehow only 1 person realized that i misspelled Pierre's name in the intro to "Pierre's Secret Stash".
2. In Kent's part, Waligug (the special guest) says "As you enter Kent’s house, the cut-scene starts off with Kent's wife Caroline making popcorn on the stove, " when in fact Kent's wife is Jodi, not Caroline. This is actually my fault because the script that i gave waligug has this typo in it so sorry waligug.
3. At 9:19 there is actually 2 Lewis' if you look closely. This is just a consequence of me using mods to make the process of collecting footage way easier.

When will part 2 come out?
Look, i did intend to make part 2 ages ago but other important ideas that are much easier and more fun to make keep popping up. You also have to understand that i cant just upload nothing to my channel for 1-2 months while i work on part 2, because like i actually want my channel to be afloat while i work on it, and not feel stressed out. I have told myself that ill make the video before December so i guess you can expect it some day near then. Currently, at the time of writing this, half of the script, thumbnail and intro are completed. I also have a fair idea of who i might make the secret special guest in part 2. Edit: Some people have been talking about how there is heaps of Joja cola and CD's in the water so Joja Mart must been polluting the ocean right? Well not exactly, this could be the fault of the corporation, however its much more likely that its the fault of the consumer. Because Joja Mart isnt responsible for what you do with their products once you purchase them. Like for example, if me and other people in my real life community start littering everywhere, then it's not the fault of Smith's Chips that heaps of their packaging is in the local creeks. No that's the fault of me and the people around us, because we where the ones to litter.

Second Edit: i was wrong abut joja not abusing their workers, as in the intro cut scene there is literally the skeleton of a worker that got worked to death, however my other points of joja not abusing animals, not harming the environment, benefiting the economy of the town etc. still stand

It's super easy to forget that this game was made by a SINGLE person. How he managed to make it more polished, thought-out and well rounded than 99% of the AAA games out there is fuckin staggering. The fact that in 2022 (Now) we are still getting updates to it, finding new shit out and still haven't pieced everything together is even more mind-blowing.

Another little fun fact is that in Jas’ room when you interact with the dollhouse the grandpa is underneath the bed hinting that she’s seen Lewis under marnies bed.

one thing that also caught me really off guard was learning about Alex's past and how his father was an abusive alcoholic, that and obviously Shane's heart events...

When I first played Stardew, there was this cutscene in Pierre's where Morris came in and started giving some kind of coupons that would give you 20% off I think(Can't remember the exact number), so Pierre got sad and as a good friend I listened, but when the cutscene ended I ACTUALLY went to Joja Mart to see if the stuff was less expensive.

It wasn't.

The most realistic part of Stardew Valley is that every player has a different NPC that they're mortal enemies with.

I began to question myself about this game when I realized Demetrius forces Sebastian to live in a basement, and forces him to remove his snowman, WHILE keeping his daughter, Maru's snowman right outside. It is clear that Demetrius is a poser and didn't read shit about the books we found in his room.

I think Joja Corp. just dumps their trash and other stuff in the oceans and rivers, so that's why you get so much trash and Joja Cola when fishing.

I actually LOVED this about stardew valley, i was specting something pretty and perfect like animal crossing, but this feels more human, it isn't a magical town filled with perfect people, people in town have secrets, have affairs, have flaws, finding out about it makes the game so entertaining, you get to know flawed people, just like in real life

This is why i love the game its a dark story painted in bright colors even the farmer is flawed, they sneak onto pierre's room, search into towns dustbins, is allowed to date multiple people at the same time, listens to marnie and lewis' private talk and tons of other stuff that is obviously considered rude and offensive

Also dark secret that made me feel really bad: Alex's mother most likely commited suicide. When you can enter Evelyn and George's room, you can check the table next to the bed, there is a letter saying things like "My only wish is for you to take care of Alex, I am in a better place now I am with Yoba". If this isnt a suicide note I dont know what it is, and it made me feel so sad for Alex but mostly for Evelyn and George.
