Remember this build isn't that cost effective for the support role. You will be better going to an actual enchanter and be a lot more effective.

Just one mistake: You don't increase your own healing by the passive, just your own regen. Moonstone doesn't have an effect on your own lifesteal stats

I always forget moonstone doesn't need you to actually enchant in order to heal like every other enchanter item.

Makes me wanna try Moonstone Morde again. He certainly can delay mythic just like ez does, and he has his own built in shield/heal.

players in LCK have been doing this for a bit now. I think the theory is that since ezreal still doesn’t really have a mythic that synergizes with him, moonstone being so cheap, coming with that much regen and the healing passive makes it I guess optimal? It’s definitely a troll build in low Elo tho you need to play around your team well to make use of the moonstone passive

that's an explanation how it works, but its very questionable whether this is the best way to go... in my experience, I barely get matched up against a team with more than one tank, and usually there is an assasin or more, so conquerer rarely gets fully stacked and even when it gets fully stacked, the healing would hardly make a difference because the fight would already be pre-determined as 5-6 seconds have gone by already -> and that's why I run pta instead and I would rather build mythic depending on the matchups instead of going moonstone because some chinese guy said so
