The AMC lawsuit has just exposed all the shorts tactics, Allegheny is begging that the court does not investigate; synthetic shares, perform an AMC share count, or investigate the FTX AMC tokens.

Thats clearly the shorts main tactics to manipulate AMC, especially as the FTX tokens are back on the move again, and the AMC postcard recipients have just been unveiled.

Robinhood sent a whopping 1.5m postcards, how on earth 1.5m retail investors are still holding shares in Robinhood I don't know, but whats even more interesting is that through TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab and Fidelity, they only have 1.1m shareholders total? i think someones lyinggggg.

We need a share RECALL for all AMC and APE shares. This should be done while the markets are closed for accurate count.

The broker I used in EU is not in that list. I think this is key that something is really wrong.

Someone needs to make sure the vice chancellor knows about the synthetic "naked shorts" because it adversely affects the VOTING. Who knows which subset of ALL shareholders actually were able to vote. The only way to be sure that ALL and ONLY AMC shareholders were able to vote, if they were at all. We also cannot forget those foreign AMC holders!

At one point they said they had in custody 30 to 40 million shares....now 0? That's odd bc I have many in webull n never got a card or email...n yes I'm in US. Where's fidelity? They don't have any either?

I had TD and was able to vote and did receive my postcard. I have been curious for a while how many shares they are saying I have. I have been in for over two years and have been buying pretty regular. Nothing I've ever received has had my total shares, and when I asked them, they said my account is correct. There is no way that all those brokers only have a little over $1M combined, I would assume a few hundred of us have this many.

Hey Tom, I have a confession to make. Even though I never buy on Robinhood anymore, I never bothered to transfer my shares to MooMoo. Part of why is I've been buying as much as I can the last 2 years. My position in RH is only 120 shares and it didn't feel worth the $100 transfer fee. I have been thinking about paying it lately, just to try to force them to locate the shares. I have a coworker who completely forgot about her AMC position in RH. I told her to keep holding. My point is this is how RH still has so many AMC investors. There are a lot of lazy, poor, and forgetful apes.

I would settle if the court issued subpoenas to all US brokers for current share count at a set date. Any other international AMC holders (like myself) are just icing on the cake... LOL

I transferred my AMC shares out of Robinhood. When I had shares in Robinhood, the average cost and total return was blank. My other stocks showed the average cost and total return, so I knew something fishy was going on. Thanks Thomas for tipping me off in your videos to get my shares out of Hood.
