Basic Structure Doctrine Indian Constitution - Part 1 | Indian Polity

The Basic Structure of Indian Constitution is a very important topic as it has helped to shape our constitution. Basic feature doctrine revolves around Art 13 and Art 368 of the Indian Constitution. The whole development of Basic Feature/Structure is a tussle between the Power of Judicial Review and the Amending Power of the Constitution.

In the video I have incorporated various Constitutional amendments like 1st, 17th, 24th, 39th and 42nd as well as certain important Landmark cases of Indian Constitution such as:

The green colour Board and the green along with white colour chalks' texts are so appealing as peaceful and natural and calming and relaxing for the students, unlike the electronic touchscreen board, which I don't like that much. It's not natural. It creats heat in the mind of students and makes them restless.
