I am not sure you had any stationary panels. This is a great video but since I have two stationary panels and I would like to reverse the direction of the sliding door, which involves moving those 2 panels to the other side, I am not sure I can follow the directions you are giving. I would appreciate if you can give me an idea on that. Thanks!

This only works if you have 3 panels and two of them have latches.
