I just got one . And it say allow to pair but I never got the use CarPlay . I have a 23 crosstrek .

I have 2020 Subaru forester that I recently both this for. When putting the USB in, it shows up on my phone’s Bluetooth but the CarPlay button on my car is grayout (just like when I don’t have it plugged it). My phone is connected to the Bluetooth but that’s it. Nothing else is working and the car doesn’t let me “touch” the CarPlay button at all. After pairing on the phone, the option of “allow CarPlay” never shows up. Only contact syncing.

I got connected to it but it just gives me a loading circle that says Autosky-1081. Won't switch over to carplay or android auto. 🤔 music and YouTube noise transmits though. And on YouTube videos it shows the title of the video and timeliness bar

Can you Fast Forward and Rewind tracks using the steering wheel controls? I currently have the CarPlay2 and you cannot go back a few seconds of a song using the steering wheel controls only skip the track.
