They apparently do not realize if the government shuts down the military gets no pay, seniors no pay, firefighters, police no pay the only ones getting paid are those in congress. I say if congress allows the government to shut down they should be the first in line with no pay check maybe then they would learn to work for the better of the people instead of the party or just themselves
