10 Tips to Live an Adventurous Life

Today the girls and I are going on a small hike to Bear Creek Suspension Bridge. As adventures go it's not anything particularly exciting or extreme. We aren't hiking a volcano, or exploring the jungle, or swimming with sharks. But stick around, because I want to tell you something in this video that just might make your day a little bit better, or maybe even change your life.

I found your channel as I prepare to explore Chiapas. I have been exploring the world as a solo woman traveler for most of my life. I have been to 42 countries and every state in the US and Canada. Now I am exploring Mexico. I have been here for nearly 2 years. I will be heading to South America next. I have traveled most by car when I am in a country and by ship as I was exploring the South Pacific Island countries. I figured out how to work via phone and the internet 22 years ago. Even my work is an adventure as I am a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I create custom-made herbal formulas for women around the world who are having trouble getting pregnant. I have a Chinese herbal pharmacy in NYC that make my formulas for me and ships them to my patients. See, life can be an adventure on many many levels. Keep doing your great videos. Even walking the same area were I drive by can be interpreted as an adventure. Sometimes I walk a mile to a store to get groceries as opposed to getting it delivered to my door and I actually had interesting encounters, witness events unfold and noticed things I usually miss when I whizz by in my car.

adventyre is a state of mind its subjective even small thungs can be adventurous for someone its uniques there is no such universal terms i think
