I have a z390 lga 1151 with a i5 9600k i will upgrade to 9900k without new mainboard or i7 11700k with new board ?

Rocket lake seem to have terrible pcie controller that literally bottleneck high end gpu due to more adjustable bclk clock hence why rocket lake are better on raw processing performance and higher ipc but very disappointing in gaming performance with high end gpu especially when aaso and lt ray tracing is enabled that will taking chucks of pcie bandwidth.
