OMORI is very meaningful to me, so I wanted to do something for it.

Last year, I made a mental connection between the game and this song. The parallels are... well there's a lot. I was going to do this for ALL of Bohemian Rhapsody but that would take WAY too long. I still really want to though. I already have it all planned in my head.

I wanted to remark on how perfectly Bohemian Rhapsody fits Omori's plot...

Then you created this. It just gave me more appreciation for the feelings Queen was trying to convey through that song, since all I did before I recontextualized it in Omori was listen it for its tune, and dismmissing the lyrics as just some "story".

Incredible how different media conspires to break you. Your animation only helps it along!

I don't normally comment on Omori fan animations but this one deserves more love than I can even express into words. Queen is perhaps the most important band to me and seeing it tied to my favorite game just hits me personally. The way the shots transition, the it is animated, it's just breathtaking. I cant even put into words how just utterly beautiful this fan animation is. The more I rewatch this the more I fall in love with this short animation. You could put this as a trailer on the steam page and it would fit so damn perfectly.
Skim, holy crap dude you are so damn underrated, I hope this soon gets the recognition it deserves. Happy late birthday to OMORI!!!

I love the detail of the headspace friends having no facial features besides large, smiling mouths to show that this is all in his head as a way of repressing any negative thoughts and just being happy all of the time. Great animation!

I always come back to this video every once in a while to remind myself why I love OMORI. Having witnessed the sheer absurdity of the fandom, it’s always nice to just go back to this short animation and remember why this game means a lot to me. I really do owe it to this video for getting me into the game and am very thankful it wasn’t through any other medium. Plus, the way in which this video entices the mystery and mystique of the game without spoiling anything is honestly worth an applaud.
