I can't believe that this app exists for free and that too without ads. You're simply a treasure and because of you I have been able to get on track with my goal to become a calmer and peaceful person. Thank you so much!💓

Hi there! Thank you so much for making this app free and without ads. I appreciate your kindness to the world. Regarding the philosophy you talk about in this video, non-dualism, I think it would be great if other philosophies would get equal attention so people can decide for themselves what the nature of the Absolute Truth is. For example, Caitanya Mahaprabhu taught acintya-bheda-abheda tattva, which means 'simultaneously oneness and difference'. This implies that our consciousness (Brahman) is equal to Universal Consciousness (Parabrahman) in quality but unequal in quantity. Simply put, our awareness is limited to our body and mind but universal consciousness is unlimited. Parabrahman in this philosophy is God. So it's a theistic philosophy that doesn't deny our transcendental nature. Non-dualism ultimately teaches we are all "God" and is therefore atheistic. I know some religious people avoid meditation because of the atheistic worldview behind it. These folks are missing out on the benefits of meditation. Also, Buddhist philosophy teaches what we are not (I am not this, this is not me, this is not my self). We do need to give up our false ego but that doesn't necessarily imply we don't have a true ego. At the very least we could say our true ego is aham brahmasmi, which means 'I am consciousness'. The 'I am' isn't necessarily problematic, according to some philosophies, but what the 'I am' is connected to (i.e., this material body and mind) is problematic. Anyway, just some food for thought and a humble request to broadcast other points of vision than only non-dualism, in order to be as non-biased as possible, which is the nature of consciousness itself. Thanks again for all that you do!

In my own experience seeking and trying to see my "true self" which is as they say the pure awareness for years, I failed 😅
I've been practicing meditation, had some retreat, satsang, self inquiry, contemplating, I couldn't find it. I try to turn the awareness to itself, be aware of awareness, just be etc etc I just can't find anything but experience.

So I came to conclusion that what real is just and always experience, thus my experience is what reality is.

When awareness becomes aware of itself happiness is experienced - instantly. It's like flicking a switch!

My favorite is moojis question: "can the seer be seen?". Looking for the source of what sees our experience is an incredibly powerful and direct inquiry into our nature.

I truly regret I can’t donate to Medito. You all deserve much more than you’re given!

Thank you so very much for the app ❤ I truly love it and appreciate your efforts. Recently found a new category in the app about which I had written about in the feedback form and it was a pleasant surprise. Looking forward to such forms bcz I have a lot more ideas to share with you guys! And you're doing a great job ❤

I wanted to share a few things and intact wanted some suggestions...
Don't know what would have been an ideal place to talk about these so m just writing it here...
So, it has been 4 months since I have started meditation on a daily basis and one thing that I have observed is involuntary movement of my right hand while meditating. Apart from that I often visualize scenarios like a blooming flower or the sun rising across a tea garden, or walking by the lake...and often thing if these are distractions and m not meditating properly, but the scenarios are so soothingly beautiful that I cling on to them almost throughout the sessions. So are these normal ? Would you please suggest something regarding it...

Is it fair to say that all there is, is perception?

Like, its not that I am "here" and the sound is "there", and im perceiving the perception of a sound (already sounds wrong).
Instead, the perception of sound is all that there is?

Like, what am i? I am the perception itself, not the perception of a perception.

Sorry, i find no clearer way to ask this question.. putting it into words makes it sound convoluted.

I got a question. I just completed the beginner sections, and something is difficult for me still. I can't manually let my breathing go to autopilot and still be aware of it at the same time.

Hey medito, I have a question to ask. I'm almost at 8000 minutes of meditation but recently I stopped because I feel discouraged by the fact that i cant tell whether im doing good or bad. I can't tell whether I'm making progress or not. I can't really feel a positive impact from meditation, or atleast i dont feel aware of it. Recently thesr days I've been feeling powerless. What do you think about this?

I think I'm able to do this. But when I do it I feel as if I become rejecting of reality and impotent in the things happening around me.
