You are very privileged to have such a fantastic array of fine quality food supplies within easy reach, and more importantly, the budget to afford their products. Realistically, most people have to make do with the mediocre offerings of standard supermarkets.
Also, however trendy it might look to cycle without a helmet, you precious head has no protection if it hits the ground, even at low speed. Been there and it is a highly unpleasant experience !
