Just started training myself after 10 years of nothing but beers, shit food, and no exercise. It is really nice to slowly get back in shape, even if it is also very hard. Getting a personal trainer so I do the weights (soo many to choose from) properly. The treadmill is fun to use, and it is really cool to be able to see your heartbeat, loss of cardio, and how fast/long you did. For the rest of you also shaping up, get that PUMP going! There are so many mirrors in this gym Sam got herself into a few of the shots(hope she is feeling more comfortable being shown in videos). Since she has taken over as camerawoman i feel the videos have become a lot more authentic and I've enjoyed watching with her commentary. Keep up the great work motivating and inspiring others!

The multiplicity of the "same" machines is very clutch. I'm a taller guy and I joined a gym that had 3-4 different versions of most machines, it was great for finding one that worked best for everyone's proportions and mechanics. Dorian has a great approach on that.
