He knew what he was getting himself into and he said it himself that it was worth every moment

Ronnie is the type of guy that if you don’t see him smiling. You know something is seriously wrong. God bless him.

Some people would rather die as legends than live as nobodies accomplishing nothing. Mad respect to the humble, inspiring and modern gladiator that is Mr Coleman.

Ronnie really sacrificed everything for bodybuilding, he was very well aware of all the consequences, but he still lifted incredibly brutal weights. And that's why he will always be a LEGEND of bodybuilding.

He knows what he did, he knew there would be consequences yet his only regret was not hitting one more rep of that 800lb squat

To be greater, the sacrifice must be greater

I adore this man. He may be in constant pain, literally falling apart, but he loved every second of what he was doing. GOAT

There a reason there is only 1 Ronnie Coleman! No one else could do what he did and live to talk about it! Respect!

The fact that he still works out after his medical fall shows that he is still among the greats. It doesn’t matter how many times you get knocked down, what only matters is choosing to get back up

It was definitely worth it for him, in many peoples opinion hes the best ever in the sport of bodybuilding competition, he lived his dream and he was willing to sacrifice what ever came with it.

If you don’t know already, Ronnie Coleman underwent two hip replacement surgeries and multiple other treatments to alleviate the pain from his damaged intervertebral disks. The surgeries, though, aggravated the injuries and health issues he has suffered and caused the bodybuilding icon to lose most of his mobility

ima be honest i copies this from google but thanx for the likes

I met him in Arlington, Tx once..he is one of the nicest people Ive ever met, his personality and smile alone will motivate you to try harder, this Man would sooner die than quit. There is a reason so many people respect this Man, he's earned it.

The fact that he is still working out is inspiring

I can't say for him if it's worth it but to see the human physique pushed to it's max was absolutely stunning. I don't care what anyone says, he was truly in a class of his own

For those who are wondering what happened he had a crazy pain tolerance so during one work out he broke a part of his back with out knowing what it was even though it caused him pain, ignoring this pain he continued on his journey for 10 years before he had to get 13 surgery and he was almost fully paralysed due to the amount of bolts in his back

He's a champ no matter what, he refuses to quit and keeps going❤
