I don't trust anyone who removes salmon skin. It's the best part!

I much prefer catching and eating my own salmon not only is it fun to catch them but in my opinion there better than farm raised because there eating bait fish and not pellet food

The salmon industry is so weird. From consumers in Dallas eating dinner, fresh salmon, that were caught early in the morning and shipped from Seattle to dfw airport, before the Seattle residents settled into dinner, to the parasites and handling of salmon that require a deep freeze. Then there’s farm raised vs wild. I’ve read conflicting articles of which is better. Wild Coho, or farmed, etc. Wild fisherman claim farmed salmon have more parasites and vice versa. A species of fish that is known to become zombie like, yet, highly sought after.

Thank you for breaking the farm raised vs wild caught salmon down.

400F for 12 minutes is way overcooked, 300F for 10 minutes up or down depending on thickness

Honestly, I love trout more than salmon. Specifically Steelhead Trout.
