For reference to those that don't know, right after the game on field he was being interviewed and was asked that question. He replied that he was told on Friday that he would be starting. Now people are saying that Niners should get in trouble for lying about CMC playing until last minute when they knew he wasn't starting. But it was already known CMC was going to be limited.

Anyways, he probably got heat from coach for saying that.

Bro gets a career day, happy as can be, chewed out by the coach after the game for saying, "Friday". Sad for him. Maybe he thought 'Be Ready' on Friday was his cue to start and he mispoke. Fantasy players all mad about him knowing and they didn't.

I still love my niners but man they need to be more truthful about things and not get mad at certain players. I got a feeling the coaches and Kyle got mad at Jordan Mason and it sucks. Niners just need to do better and not lie about injuries and such. I just hope that niners be more truthful in the future and that why they won't get into trouble.
