Roger goodell does things wrong breaking the NFL league rules.
Referees break the NFL league rules too not playing by the league rules and play by their own rules.
If the referees were fined $50 each time they don't play by the NFL league rules each and every referee would be broke with not 1 penny in their pocket.
As for Roger goodell he doesn't need to be the commissioner for the NFL league.
He doesn't confront his refs or even train them.
