been fighting of sergions who want to remove my spleen, I have very low platelets, however there is no guarantee the platellets will improve, my blood does clot, even if it is slow, would rather have the imunity these days thanks

I have hereditary xerocytosis. I dont have a spleen. My platelets clounts are high. My platelet volume is high. I have observed giant platelets. The machines miscount them as red blood cells instead. Even still the platelet count is high (though it is falsely decreased due to the machines not counting the giants) and my red blood cell count is falsely increased to normal levels (even if barely)for the same reason. This has caused a very well disguised anemia to go under the radar for years. As the very high platelet volume and count has made my vitals like blood pressure appear normal even with the lack of red blood cells. I have obvious jaundice due to hemolysis. Ive been handed cups of water by my doctor due to obvious signs of dehydration. I complain of nausea and chest pressure, light headedness, and seemingly random short lived pains deep in my arm or legs. All symptoms of a high platelet count. They will do nothing about it because of the tests being mostly normal despite the explaination and proof of the cause of a discrepancy.
