Hey CaseOh !

I dropped by your live yesterday after seeing the first few episodes, I hope you haven't given up on RLCraft! I'm having a blast following you, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to see the sequel (:

After thousands of hours on the game and following your entire run, here's the best advice I can give you:

1. Make an Antic Atlas (a personal map on which you can place markers, indicating the location of your deaths) : Book and quill + Compass. You can make a copy that keeps everything, just make another one, don't open it and put it in your craft table with the main one. This will prevent you from losing your precious marks, help you find your body in the event of death, and even shows nearby villages during exploration.

2. The ocean, as pretty as it is, and the caves full of juicy ores are the most dangerous places in RLCraft, along with the Nether... Just don't go there until you're Superman. If you break Nature, Nature will break you. Any destruction of nature can, and will, spawn something not nice, which has 10% chance of being even less nice (special version), if not downright nasty (0.5% chance, purple flames, you remember ?). This ore is rarely worth your life, but if you really want it, the rule is simple : from as far away as possible, and ready to run or fight.

3. The reforge table (lvl 8 building), lets you change the quality of a bauble, Healthy or Undying will give you 2 extra hearts per bauble. There are some very simple ones to craft: Emerald rings/necklace, Toolbelt, Backpack, Potion rings, 5 slots so 10 extra hearts. All you need is gold, iron, leather, strings and emeralds or lapis. Armed with this, iron armor and your favorite weapon, you're ready for battle. I'd still advise you to choose a one-handed weapon with a shield. You don't want to get too confident either, it's still RLCraft...

4. Trading with villagers (books for librarians, strings for fishermen and fletchers) and melt all the loot in their chests gives a ton of xp, and it's safe. Setting up your spawn in a temperate village near a Waystone, never touching it and using only a sleeping bag, means you won't have any unpleasant surprises, and your progression is secured. What could be better than storing all your riches at home, and having a few spare blades to cry out for vengeance ?

5 and final advice. The best idea you ever had was to tame a horse. R.I.P Horse. Press 8 on the horse's back, and it becomes your personal horse. Press 7, and he teleports to you. If you continue the RLCraft adventure, I'll teach you to fly!

*IMPORTANT TIP*
Golden armor and tools are the BEST early game. You can get FREE built-in MENDING.
All you need to do is upgrade your MAGIC skill tree and get the GOLDEN OSMOSIS perk.
if you have that perk with FULL golden armor, you get extra buffs with golden tools like HASTE when using axes and +50% damage with golden weapons.
