Yes, I think you are right. TSLA is going to skyrocket at some point. But it will probably be when they announce more concrete plans to implement their robotaxi (cybertaxi) with expected regulation hurdles looking to be overcome. Optimus is coming also. The two are linked somewhat in the development of AI. Then you have the Neurolink developments in the background. And you've got growing revenues from FSD licensing coming and all the solar/battery linked aspects. It is a company with such an upside growth potential that it is hard to grasp.

Z, I do this all the time lol. I think I like Tesla so much that I just buy dips and I end up using up my cash before it hits the those great lows that you usually get into. By the time it hits those lows I’m usually feeling the pain of negative on my position and low on cash to buy much more. I have about 1, 300 shares and a cost basis of about $190.

I think ppl are too sensitive on car sales numbers (eg from China) and assume too much Tesla in retail sales. Plus for the last few quarters ppl really think China's explosion of cheaper and more features EV coming out will complete replace Tesla sales. I would always buy a Tesla over other brand.
