Just as a heads up, the spectator glove trick does work. You just didn't make it all the way up there. I tried it myself and you can only enter the portal from the underside of it, if you try going in from the top of the portal, you will simply die. Hope this helps :)

It’s heavily implied that Jorgis’s parents are dead, in the Badge Photo, and on the note. My main suspect is Oog, because he was the one in the house. However, I find that kinda weird. Oog is like, one of the only Barzil characters that doesn’t try to kill you in any types of Dialogue, and he just wants to be free from Oog’s cage, built by Oog.

use poltergeist or cloud to get there
go to secret spot near the button then go to the clock tower then wait for the elevator then go up then go onto the tower use other players or jump boost (12) then wait till the clock does hits again you will get teleported wait till dark (you have a timer of 2-3 minutes for the 3 steps) find a note can be near (FRIDGE) (UNDERNEATH COUCH) (BEHIND FIREWOOD) upon collecting the note you given a code write it in the keypad you will go into a different room do not touch the land mines then activate the generator (it takes 1 MIN) so dont screw up and if you did the steps fast you should have enough time then go to the trapdoor/vent or idk then you will be in a different room find a pocket watch it should be in (KEYHANGERS) (BEHIND PAINTING) (CHANDELIER) after you find it wait till (1 AM)
takes 2-3 mins before you go up enter ogg room open all drawers till u find a (KEY) enter jorgis room then keep clicking on the basketballs till you get one throw it then a drawer opens use the key and you will get it
