Smarter in September: Smarter Banking Tools (Online Resources)

Online banking has made the banking process simpler, faster, more convenient, and more secure than ever — and the features just keep getting better. All your payments, withdrawals, deposits, and other account details are available at your fingertips, regardless of the hour. All you need is a computer, a tablet, or a smartphone with an internet connection, and you’re set. And you can also be aware of any fraudulent activity, as you receive real-time transaction alerts.

In this video, our UBT expert demonstrates smarter, faster account reconciliation, gives a refresher on a couple of the basics of UBTgo such as e-Statements and BillPay, and tackles some newer customer favorites such as debit card controls, fraud alerts, the Message Center, and more. Sammi Otterstein has been with UBT for five years, serving in several roles in our Customer Support area, most recently as a supervisor. Sammi has a fascination with UBT’s products and how they can make life easier for our customers and associates. She describes herself as a “knowledge sponge” and loves to soak up all the information she can, sharing what she learns with her team. She has really enjoyed helping her team members grow and develop, and is quite proud of the service they deliver to our UBT customers. When she’s not at UBT, Sammi can be found hanging out with her dog Roman, making trips to the dog park, pet shops, and exploring fancy neighborhoods. When she doesn’t have Roman in tow, Sammi likes to shop HomeGoods and Bath & Body Works. She also loves spending the weekend with her family in Gothenburg, and cherishes time at their cabin on the Platte River.
