क्या आप बताएंगे कि किसी क्रिमिनल केस की f I r में एक known accused के साथ ही कुछ unknown accused होने के वाबजूद भी यदि कोई prosecuterix मां उच्च न्यायालय में 148A cp c के तहत caveat दाखिल करती है और उस caveat में proposed petitioner केवल एक known accused को ही बनाया जाता है, तो क्या यह कानून की दृष्टि में सही है?
