Namaste Sir,

Suppose, I am CJM and I have recorded statement of a victim/witness or Confessional statement under section 164 of Cr.PC. Now,
1. am I eligible to try this case ?
2. Or commit the case to other court equivalent to CJM?
3. Or keep the case in abeyance till next CJM joins?

Please make a detail video with examples of Supreme court judgements or reference.
