As a former martial arts instructor, I truly appreciate his breakdown and explanation of technique, the do's don'ts, and the WHY of the theory. excellent training video. thanks

the man teaching in the Video is absolutely incredible because the way he teaches. Best teaching video I have seen yet, makes you feel like he's focusing on you and only you to better your technique. Thank you.

I liked that quote: "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast, fast is deadly." when explaining the progression of acquisition of a technique.

When someone starts training at 6, by 18 he might look like a skinny kid, but you can get on the pain train fast. These guys that have 15 years or so sort of ignore tough guys, not because of fear, but they just don't represent any threat to them. This sifu is so helpful, hope he achieves all his goals. Thanks

I love the calm in your teaching. You break it down in a way I can understand and integrate. "Go slow and find the smooth fluid movement."  This is the musicians mantra as well. If you dont have a guitar or piano I have to ask why not? Apply your principals to music. Everything you teach will work.  Your starting 10, 000 step ahead. You have a golden ticket.  Sifu Ngo (bow) I am ready to learn.

Lesson is very good. Style of explanation is TREMENDOUS! Clear, simple, solid explanation leaves no room for doubt. You sir, are a natural and ideal instructor. Best I've ever witnessed.

I love how he shows it first before speaking, and how he shows each of the speeds, to see how the move is preformed and what u could be doing

I love this because most people want to fight from the outside throwing wild Haymakers and trying to knock the person out one punch. Wing Chun teaches the fighter to get on the inside and fight from the inside using counter punching and multiple punches and blocks

Excellent lesson for beginning Dummy Training. I attended a Shaolin studio and studied Wing Chun in 94 and basically forget all this. But after watching your video it all just instantly came back to me. I wanted to start teaching my kids and my some of my family and friends kids. Just the basics. There are no Wing Chun training schools within 100 miles of where I live. Though I did find one but did not like the instructor, he's an MMA guy and seems to be only concentrating on competition and battle! I'm an artist and want to introduce the actual art to the kids.

You make it so simple! Like when I was taught to hit a golf ball. The instructor told me that I was killing the ball! When I began to not kill it, it flew much further with less effort!

Great instructive presentation. My father (a carpenter) and I built a wooden dummy with the arms providing resistance by extending the arms out the back and mounting springs. Plus, the whole pole pivots from the bottom with a [car] shock absorber mounted in the back.

Wing chun is such a beautiful art🤞🏾the fluid control of energy is at a high philosophical level..
No wasted movement, defensive and offensive at the same time ❤️
Love your videos Sifu 🙏🏾 wish I could be your disciple ⛩

Nice job! I thoroughly enjoyed this video. As somebody who has had to rely on supplemental training materials for lack of local wing chun schools, I appreciate it when someone gives quality instruction this way.

My father taught me Kwong sai jook lum. He was a student of Sifu Gin Foon Mark. Been actually itching to go learn more now that I'm 30. Which sucks cause he died years ago. My father passed when I was 19. He taught me alot and I meet sifu mark a few times. Always said "you have the glow!" When he gave me short lessons during my dad's acupuncture sessions..such great memories that really helped me in life

I just wanted to say thank you for the video. I, like many others here, find your teaching style very effective. I have just started learning some basic tai chi movements and was interested in this training when I first came across it a while ago. I am old, 46, and just looking for something to engage my self physically and mentally. I find these techniques very interesting. I am thinking about buying a Wing Chun Muk Jong, but hope my bones are not getting to old, lol.

Wonderful, caring and in depth explaination. You care that those watching know what to do and how the wooden arms relate to real arms.
