This is excellent. I also add about 1 tsp each of italian seasoning and garlic powder to the dough for super flavor.

I've made dozens of pizzas and cal zones with this recipe since I found this video about a year ago, and it has never failed me. It tastes a little bit like sour dough, but it's definitely still a wonderfully genuine pizza dough flavor. Thank you for this recipe!

I highly recommend forking this, then a light brush of olive oil, sprinkle of salt and tossing it in the oven for a pre-bake of 8-10 minutes. Just to help with the texture and make it a bit more crispy. But that is just a trick and this really does work the way this gentleman shows...great way to make quick dough and kids really like doing it!

if you don't have self rising flour, just add 1/2 tsp baking powder in you ap flour.
