The whole 'Tierney doesn't fit arsenals style' is a bunch of bs. Tomiyasu isn't an inverting full back, and he doesn't impact the game as much as Tierney, but Arteta is fine to play him. What does Tomiyasu offer that Tierney doesn't?

Let's remember KT was not a major influence on us getting 2nd and in Champions League. Arteta reckons his new system + Zynchenko got us here. He is looking for similar left back profile and can also switch to this inverted RB formation if we have LB injuries.
