EASY 5 Minute Breakfast Recipes | Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Today I'm sharing 4 super easy and healthy 5-minute breakfast recipes that you can make Monday-Friday in a pinch!

5 Ingredient Oat Pancakes
(serves 1)
1/4 cup oat flour (made from Bob's Red Mill gluten free rolled oats).
1 medium ripe banana
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract'
pinch sea salt
coconut oil spray for cooking.
On a non stick skillet on med-high heat, cook for 2-3 min/side until golden.

Toppings:
Sliced banana
raw sunflower seeds
maple syrup

Breakfast Tostadas
(serves 1)
1 egg
1 small white corn soft tortilla
1/2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill nutritional yeast
2 tbsp refried beans from can
Coconut oil spray for cooking

Toppings:
1/4 ripe avocado sliced
1 tbsp salsa

Raspberry Almond Butter Chia Toast
(Serves 1)
2 slices multigrain or Ezekiel bread
1-2 tbsp salted almond butter
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Toppings:
Bob's Red Mill chia seeds
Honey

DIY Healthy Cereal
(Serves 6-8)
2 cups puffed quinoa
2 cups puffed kamut
1 cup Bob's Red Mill toasted muesli

Toppings:
Unsweetened coconut milk (form carton)
Fresh chopped strawberries
Optional: honey

I have a pancake recipe!
Mash up a banana, then add to eggs.
Then cook it and it’s delicious!
Honestly tastes even better then normal sugary pancakes

Another tip with the toast: I make something similar using blueberries and maple syrup drizzled with chia and hemp seeds and coconut flakes!!

You need to soak up chia seeds with water or some liquid at least 10 min( better overnight) .if you don't these seeds absorb liquid from your digestive system when inside . Not good . So people don't just eat chia seeds out of the bag .

The pancakes were awesome! This is the best banana oat pancake I’ve ever tried! Good idea to blend the oats to become the texture of actual flour and mix everything else separately from the blending. Thank you :)

As a Brazilian i find it really weird seeing you poeple putting avocados on every savory dish possible. To me it's like putting onions to garnish a chocolate milkshake lol great video, loved the ideas <3

the first one is so amazing i have school very early so when i have to eat something i want to make something yummy and fast and i never did so dis help me a lot a also mead dis for my paents and some friends and they think its amazing☺💕

I’m so glad school is cancelled (not really but for my physical health it’s a relief) . My bus comes at 6:30 every morning, so I never have time to eat. Now that I do, I want some good recipes to make before “school”
