i regularly use ola and uber, and this has happen to me as well...
but there's no need to call customer care..u can just go to help and support section and select driver refused the ride .. and with in no time u will get the refund, I usually follow this process..😊

It happened to me while i was in dire emergency, thus i uninstalled ola an uber, without paying Rs.25. Then on, i started using local taxis, its a bit hectic but way cheaper and reliable.

I make sure to redeem the cancellation fees as soon as they charge it to avoid drama later.

I literally got blocked permanently from ola for the driver cancelling my ride. Infact, my mum and sister’s account were also blocked within a day. Such a poor customer dealing, shame on ola!

Next scam is, they send you a voucher of 50rs for cancellation charges and not refund back to the original mode of payment.

When we order multiple items from amazon by adding it to our card so it shows a delivery charge for one time but recently I purchased 2 products and I had to give ₹40 each time because it came at different times
