The Action Replay plugin built by, nanquitas has been merged with Citra's Cheat engine. Here is where to find the cheats tab and here is how to enable the use of cheats.

I'm having trouble with nearly every cheat for Dragon Quest Monsters 2 3ds, enabling the 3GX plugin didn't seem to make a difference, most of them crash the game or emulator

how do i use .plg plugins? on their website it says you can put plugin files in the luma folder within citra. Of course, bootntr does not work on citra because of the framework even if i install it.
