Before I get any more comments that repeat basically the same thing, PLEASE LET ME CLARIFY: I personally, PERSONALLY wouldn't go in any kind of suspicious water unless necessary and IF necessary, I would wear whatever shoes/sliders/etc. Into said water regardless of them getting wet. Then, I would be smart/logical, people, and throw away said footwear and FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO WEAR.
