Yes, we have the same system, but now they have introduced a new one. Once some idiots stole it and the school banned them from being in the toilets you had to bring your own toilet paper that the school distributed at the beginning of the semester. It was hell on earth

In my old school some kids would clog the toilets with toilet paper, so eventually if you needed to go to the toilet, you had to ask the teacher for the roll of toilet paper. Since the toilet clogging never happened in the girls bathroom, the girls weren't affected by this.
