Because of you I realized my toothpaste issues ... months before my wedding. Bliss. In addition to SLS I have issues with peppermint oil, which I was using in toothpaste and in shampoo- didn't realize until I removed the SLS free but mint scented shampoo. Lovely. THANK YOU.

I would never normally spend a lot on hair care but now that I’ve had a keratin treatment I do. I spent £19 on the living proof perfect hair day conditioner and no regrets! My hair feels amazing

Cantu is my favorite brand for my naturally curly hair! I use their leave-in conditioner and the curl cream you showed. (I'm a white woman, with type 3b hair for reference...if anyone cares, LOL)

Thank you for sharing this tip about toothpaste! I have suspected for a long time that my toothpaste was causing me to breakout on my chin and surrounding areas. Hearing you speak about this was very validating!! Thank you!!

Love the Oi! Thanks for the recommendation! I’m mostly African-American with relaxed hair. I usually cocktail products when I blow dry my hair and flat iron, but this is great on its own, and as a moisturizer on my lower ends at night when I wrap my hair. It keeps my hair soft. I take it traveling so I only need one product.

Boots & Superdrug both have Cantu & it's usually on offer in one or the other. I have wavy/curly hair & love the curl activator. Emma x

There’s 3 or 4 ‘citrus’ Fresh Sugar shower gels. I have them all. Use the Method ginger citrus one as well. 10yr old son loves ginger ....

My boyfriend and I use everything from Cantu for our hair, he has very thick curly short hair and I have very long wavy fine hair. It transformed our hair, even though we don’t have afro-american hair. Highly recommend! For Ava: the tub they make with leave-in conditoning cream smells the same and gives a lot of shine and bounce to thick hair :)

if you haven't already the neutrogena body moisturiser is super nice! feels like the gel face cream but for the body :)

The Davines Oi leave in spray is amazing. I have ridiculously thin and fine hair so conditioner tends to be a no-no. I spray this mid lengths to ends and my brush glides through and it’s so shiny after I’ve blow dried it.
