I admittedly haven’t played most of these, but I am a huge fan of Inis, one of my favorite games. Glad Tom gave it a mention, even if it didn’t make his ten.

Inis is by far the best of all their games. It’s also the most beautiful and the most unique. Yet another publishers list without one of their best game on it like Days of Wonder missing Five Tribes.

I havn't played any of these but I've always (well since I first found out about them anyway) been intrested in Raptor and Kemet.

How is Inis not on this list? How? How?! 🙃 It should be at the #1 spot 😜 It's rated 101 on boardgamegeek while Kemet is 119 and Cyclades 200. I love all three but Inis is hands-down the best of them

This just served to remind me yet again that I need to try Cyclades. I have Kemet and a friend in my group has Inis (my fave game that I don't own). I find it interesting that Tom liked Cyclades more than Inis as I was under the impression that he wasn't a big fan of auctions (not being a fan of Modern Art) but was a fan of card drafting. Maybe it was those specific implementations or maybe I'm just talking utter mince lol.

I would like to see a best of Tiny Epic games and best of Button Shy games. I think Zee has done some Button Shy games in the past but they keep making new ones. I don't have much space for board games so these tiny ones are important to me.

Love Cyclades with the Titans expansion! There was no going back to the base game afterwards.

Matagot is one of the best company for me; in fact, most of the games from the following top 10 would also be in my "top 100 favorite games":

(8b. Takenoko: but it's more of a Bombyx game in my opinion)

I'm still waiting for a Matagot game that I didn't like, and it says a lot that very nice games such as Barony, Dice Stars or Bahamas didn't even make the cut.

Kemet is really good the battle mechanisam is so good and its the strategirs which matter rather than dice thats so brilliant

Such a great list!

I'll add that Matagot has a French version of Blitzkrieg which is by far superior esthetically to the English one. As the game is not really language dependent, I would recommend that version.
