Congratulations Brett, that's great! I had my toxic awful breast implants, that were killing me, removed 8 weeks ago, and I've lost 34 pounds. They (the implants) had my hormones so messed up that no matter what I did or didn't do, I couldn't lose a single pound....and since their removal, my body seems to have turned into a fat-burning the kicker is that I'm still doing what I was doing all along....I haven't changed a thing! I still eat my same diet, still do my same exercise routine, still drink a gallon of water a day....the only thing that's changed is that the implants are gone. So for anyone who reads this, and who may have implants, and is having a harder than normal time shedding those extra would urge you to check out the symptoms of Breast Implant Illness. 😊👍

Once I reached 47-48 years old I found that it was harder to keep my weight down. But definitely changing my eating habits this year and walking helped me. Excellent video 🙌🏼

We had ribs and pulled pork sandwiches at Carson's in Chicago. It was delicious. My grandsons were with us and one of them noted we had white linen table cloths and napkins. They must use a great laundry service to use white linen with all that sauce! You are an inspiration. Love your videos.

Hi I'm a new sub I came from your mom channel I love her she's amazing! Thank you for all those tips i have Lupus disease and Fibromyalgia and I'm always so tired to exercise but I'm gonna try that bike that folds you recommend since i don't have much space in my place I love your channel I'm glad in found you 🌹🤗
