It's also true that you still have to do these to this piece of content:

- have a secondary speaker playing the track to lipsync to
- sync the track with the video in an editor
- post on multiple platforms
- add descriptions, hashtags, etc.

Damian, I like how you are encouraging artists to get out there and do the work needed, but I think your downplaying of how much work has got to go into social media is misleading and an bit dishonest. Here's just a few of the things needed to arrive to the point where you actually have a piece of content:
- search several days prior for the location
- find out how you dress
- practice in front of mirror cause no real musician has trained their cringey TikTok charisma (no diss tho)
- have a friend who knows how to film in a not too shitty manner
- redo 6 times cause you mess up/a car passes/you don't like a face you made/etc.
- learn how to edit
- edit
- post with the right captions, hashtag etc at the right hour, on many platforms
- reply to comments

I suspect you will think I'm just finding excuses for not actually doing the thing: I'm not, I've been listening to your tips and I've been doing it and I agree the world doesn't owe artists their views/time/love so you have to work to earn it. But making it look stupid-easy is borderline dishonest.

Edit: I just watched a video where you emphasize that good content takes time to make and we shouldn't expect it to be easy so now I'm confused as to what your message is
