I don't know what goes into the mass production of people who read the news on television, but I still can't figure out why they teach them to talk like this. If a friend, co-worker, or family member started a conversation speaking with the inflection heard in this video, you'd think they were either having a stroke, or on phencyclidine.

It's weird that there's so many stories of stuff like this throughout the world and all the way back in time but we just never take it serious. I feel like in a court the evidence would be overwhelmed
